This is exciting news! Director of May Fly Petter Ringbom has been nominated for a 1 km film scholarship award at this years Stockholm International Film Festival (Nov. 18 - 29). May Fly, a short film clocking in at around 15 minutes, will be screened on November 19 at the Bio Rio in Stockholm along with the 9 other nominated director's films. Congratulations Petter!

Look at those luscious locks! Go Gurra! The article found here states that the team is doing some last minute filming in Stockholm and the movie itself is scheduled to be released Fall 2010! Can't wait!

Stockholms Stadsteater posted the new 2010 schedule on their website recently and it looks like Gustaf is set to play Hamlet in the Shakespearean production!

Monday night was the premiere of Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds at Stockholm's Rigoletto Theatre. Guess who made an appearance!?

I received a response from the director of May Fly, Petter Ringbom. Here's what he had to say...
Thanks for emailing. It's a short film clocking in around 15 minutes. We shot it in the Bay Area, December last year and we just finished post production. Right now you can't see it anywhere. It will play at film festivals this year, but where and when is too early to tell. If you keep checking the site we'll post the dates on there.
